I currently accept orders for next day collection/delivery up to 8pm the night before.

However, the earlier you place your order, the more it'll help me plan :)

All orders are packed in foil lined cooler bags with ice packs to ensure your order stays chilled till consumption or you can transfer it to a fridge

I recommend consuming it in 2-3 days, but if not, it will easily still be good after 5 days.

Your Tiramisu is made fresh to order, and never frozen.

For consumption within 5 days:

Store it in the fridge, covered to prevent it from drying out and absorbing fridge smells.

For consumption more than 5 days later:

Wrap it in cling film & aluminium foil and store it in the freezer. This helps to prevent freezer burn

To thaw, transfer it to the fridge at least 12 hours before you want to consume it
