Refund policy
I hope you enjoyed my creations, but in some unfortunate circumstances, you might like to know i have the following return & refund policy:
Returns
We do not currently accept returns as everything is made to order. However, if the item you received was found with spoilage on the day you received it, i will need a picture of the issue and a return of the product within 5 days form the date your received it (for investigation purposes) and will give you either a replacement or credits.
Refunds
I understand that sometimes plans might need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, so just let me know! As long as I haven’t started preparing your order, i will offer a full refund in store credits.
